Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web applications using the latest web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Vue.js
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that web applications are visually appealing and user-friendly
• Ensure that web applications are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, ensuring that they develop their skills and deliver high-quality code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that code is of high quality and meets coding standards
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in web technology and design trends
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing applications to enhance user experience, performance, and functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in UI development with a strong website design sense
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Vue.js
• Experience in developing responsive and accessible web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date with the latest web technology and design trends

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
