About the Role

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Mobile App Developer with strong experience in React Native or Flutter to join our digital engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in end-to-end product development, working across frontend and backend components, and collaborating within agile project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following modern development practices.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and cloud-based backend systems.
• Manage and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for various devices and platforms.
• Implement secure and efficient authentication and data-handling mechanisms.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and mobile DevOps workflows for faster release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mobile app development using React Native and/or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend integration for mobile ecosystems.
• Proficiency in working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and agile project methodologies.
• Experience with API integration, state management (Redux, Provider, Bloc, etc.), and UI/UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app deployment on App Store and Google Play.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of Big Data concepts and working experience with data-driven products.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services, chatbots, or recommendation systems into mobile apps.
• Understanding of performance optimization, security, and mobile analytics.
